He was easily the most proactive in understanding exactly what I needed and quickly offered me a Monday evening slot due to a cancellation, which was perfect as I needed the work done ASAP.

He arrived right on time, was very respectful (even took his shoes off without being asked), and got straight to assessing the job. What made a huge difference was that he already had Starlink himself, so he knew exactly what needed to be done. The installation was seamless — the dish was mounted perfectly, and the cabling was incredibly neat and tidy. You can tell he takes real pride in his work.
I also mentioned needing a sensor light, and he recommended a sensor flood light instead, which was exactly the right call. It's made such a difference when letting the dogs out in the evenings.
